Welcome to our site! We’re Heidi and Mark Bodette, new adventure travelers who recently sold our house of 30 years and purchased a Tiffin Allegro Red motorhome. As of December, 2018, we are both retired and will be living in our motorhome full time and traveling North America.
Mark worked in anything computer related – everything from technical support, software development, to managing IT. His last career passion was Residential Design and teamed up with a very talented residential designer. He has always dreamed of living in an RV. He is the RV Gear editor for this blog. He is the main RV driver of “Destiny” (our motorhome) and keeps up on the RV maintenance. There will be lots to do, especially with our recent solar panel and lithium battery installation.
Heidi is the blog’s main author and will be the trip planner, hopefully finding great off-the-grid places! Heidi worked in business (Control Data), Apple Computer (National Account Executive), Hosanna! Church (Daily Bread Books), consulting (VisonOne Consulting) and retail (Apple Mall of America). She is excited to see how she can quilt on the road, as this has been her passion for quite some time.
